Our “12 Step Carpet Cleaning Process”

1.  Inspect Carpets and Review Concerns: Our technicians walk through and listen to your concerns.

2.  Turbine Vacuum: We thoroughly vacuum with a powerful turbine vacuum cleaner to remove damaging dry soils.

3.  Pre-Spray Treatment: A pre-treatment is applied to the carpet fibers to suspend oils and stuck on dirt and grime. 

4.  Agitation: We use a nylon brush to increase the efficiency of our pre-spray.

5.  Hot Water Extraction (Steam Clean) Using the Rotovac 360:  The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.

6.  Neutralizing Rinse: At this stage we ensure the carpet is pH balanced so no sticky residue is left behind. This will leave your carpet brighter, softer and fresher.

7.  Post Protection: We employ plastic tabs or foam blocks underneath the legs of your furniture to protect them from any moisture that may be present as well as protect your carpeting from varnish/furniture stains.

8.  Spot Removal: Any spots not removed during cleaning are addressed with spotting kit.

9. Grooming - Post Cleaning: We groom the carpet to reset the pile, which enables a faster drying time.

10. Stain Resistant Application: In order to bring back the stain-resistant quality your carpet once had, Scene Clean applies the highest quality carpet protector. This helps maintain the warranty of your carpet.*Additional Charges May Apply

11. Expedited Drying Service: Once our technicians have cleaned the room we use our high powered air movers to expedite the drying process.

12.  Final Walk Through: Our technicians will walk through all cleaned areas with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the job.
